Across more than eleven years, I have worked across retail, real estate, technology, blockchain and Web3, product, marketing, startup acceleration, and corporate strategy. That range has taught me where ambitious plans usually break down: between the strategy presentation and the everyday decisions required to make change real. My work is to close that distance.

My strongest focus is AI and digital transformation. I combine it with agile project management, business excellence, marketing strategy, brand management, product discipline, and an MBA-trained commercial lens to move from a promising idea to a system that teams can understand, adopt, and improve.

I speak, write, photograph, facilitate, and design systems, usually around one question: how do we make progress more intelligent and more human?
