Across more than twelve years, I have worked across retail, real estate, technology, blockchain and Web3, product, marketing, startup acceleration, and corporate strategy. That range has taught me where ambitious plans usually break down: between the strategy presentation and the everyday decisions required to make change real. My work is to close that distance.

My strongest focus is enterprise AI strategy, adoption, automation, and operational excellence. I work across the full system: strategic choices, tool and use-case portfolios, data-informed investment decisions, governance and controls, product workflows, capability building, and the change required for teams to adopt new ways of working safely.

I combine that focus with agile program leadership, business excellence, marketing strategy, product discipline, and an MBA-trained commercial lens. I speak, write, photograph, facilitate, and design systems, usually around one question: how do we make progress more intelligent and more human?
