Begin with the decision
The strongest AI opportunities rarely begin with a model. They begin with a person trying to make a difficult decision with incomplete context, too much friction, or too little time.
Design the whole loop
A useful product connects context, judgment, action, and feedback. The model is one part of that loop. Adoption comes from making the entire system easier to trust and use.
Make the technology earn its place
Ask what becomes faster, clearer, or newly possible. If the answer is only that the experience now contains AI, the opportunity is not yet sharp enough.
